Jennifer L. Borges, O.D.

Dr. Jennifer enjoys combining a personal touch with her passion for exceptional eyewear. Dr. Jennifer is originally from Saginaw, Michigan. She performed her undergraduate studies at Michigan State University, majoring in biology. She graduated, with honors, from the Michigan College of Optometry with a Doctor of Optometry degree in 1992. Following completion of the training required to be an optometric physician, Dr. Jennifer served a one-year residency at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky and received further training in the treatment and management of ocular disease. Dr. Jennifer married Dr. Rafael in 1996. Her interests include cooking, scrapbooking, music and raising her three young boys: Landon, Gavin and Carter.

Rafael A. Borges, O.D.

Dr. Rafael Borges was born in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico. His family relocated from Puerto Rico to Minneapolis when he was 10 years old. Dr. Rafael earned his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences from St. Cloud State University in 1989. He received his degree as an Optometric Physician from the Michigan College of Optometry in 1993. Dr. Rafael's interests include martial arts, music and raising his three young boys: Landon, Gavin and Carter.

Ms. Ann E. Happel

Ann Happel is the Office Manager of the Waterford Lakes office. She has worked at Eye to Eye Care for 3 years. Ann is a Florida native who grew up in East Orlando. Her favorite things about being an Optical Technician are frame styling and helping patients find the perfect fit. Ann's interests include reading, billiards, shopping, and spending time with her husband Chris.
